March is Nutrition Month – Today’s Nutrition Month tips are brought you by Nourish Nova Scotia. Did you know that protein is found in foods other than meat? Vegetable sources of proteins like 100 grams of lentils has the same amount of protein as 100 grams of steak. Healthy food choices are very important. You can eat like a champion by incorporating more fruits and vegetables, more grains and lean protein into your next meal.
Nutrition Month Prize - We are giving away 30 recipe books, full of delicious and nutritious recipes, during Nutrition Month. All you have to do to win one of these books is make yourself a healthy lunch and take a picture of it.
