• Spirit Week – It is amazing to see all of the jerseys around the school today! A reminder that tomorrow is Decade Day! Dress up in the style of any past decade!

• Boys Basketball- Congratulations to the boys team who defeated The Halifax Central Hurricanes 68-40.  Player of the game went to Hamza, the Lions let everyone know that Hurricane season is over. Boys, you play today at 3:30 vs Rocky Lake, if we win we play again in the final at 6:30. 

• Girls Basketball - It was a fight over Territory as the Fairview Lions took on the Leslies Thomas Lions.  Real life mirrored the famous move the Lion King, Fairview was Scar, pushing Muffasa to his death as the girls absolutely annihilated Leslie Thomas 72-0 in an extinction level event.  Girls, great job, unfortunately we did not advance. There are no games today.

• Girls A Volleyball - Your last practice will be today at lunch. You must bring in your uniforms.

• Student Council Bake Sale - Will take place during the lunch hour today and tomorrow from 11:15 to 12:20 with plenty of goodies and deserts! Prices will go to a max of 3$.

• Book Buddies – Club meeting is cancelled for today.

• Gym During Lunch – Attention students, Gym is not available this week and next week during lunch time. Don’t come to the Gym during lunch time!
