• Boys Basketball - The Lions took out the Clayton Park’s Wild Cats in the battle of the big cats.   Fairview won 66-52.  Olly led the way with 34 points and Hamza scored 13. The boys are undefeated this year and have reached the end of the road. They are hosting the championship final next Thursday at 4pm hosting the St. Agnes’s Gators. Come out and support your lions as they play for the championship banner next week.

• Yearbook Club – There will be meeting today in the library at lunch. All members are expected to attend and please bring your computer.

• Badminton - The intermediate team will practice today during lunch time.

• Freezie Sale - Great news Fairview! Freezie Friday is happening next Friday, February 24! Save a loonie! See you there!

• Lost and Found – Attention students, we have several items in the office that were lost: a musical instrument that was left on the school bus, a cell phone that was left in the Gym, and a house keys that were found outside. If you’re missing one of the items or all of them, please come check in the office. 


• Heritage Day – Nova Scotia is celebrating Heritage Day on Monday, February 20. Rita Joe, a Mi’kmaw poet from Eskasoni and We’koqma’q First Nations in Unama’ki (Cape Breton Island) is the Heritage Day 2023 Honouree. There is no school on Monday. Have a nice long weekend.
