We have started our second fundraiser for our Toronto 2020 Grade 9 Trip.  The December 50/50 draw will run between November 27 and December 17, 2019.

Draw Date: December 19, 2019

Details:
Tickets are $2 each. Students take per ticket is 45% of the ticket cost. 5% is used for printing tickets. Winner takes 50%
Tickets due back on or before December 17, 2019 at 9:00am.
LATE DELIVERY OF TICKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Students are responsible for the dollar value of all tickets they take from school. In the event sold or unsold tickets are not returned to school the dollar value of the tickets not returned will be charged to the students trip account. Tickets are $2 each.
Any unsold tickets must be returned to school prior to the draw date.
Ticket request forms and deposit sheets went home today November 25 with students. Parents/Guardians are asked to sign the form and have students return the form to school to have ticket order filled.
We will start giving out tickets on Wednesday November 27.
If students sell their tickets and want more they need to fill out a new ticket request form in order to receive more tickets.
All money returned to school must be counted, sorted with completed deposit sheet. Parent/Guardian please sign off on all money/tickets returned to school.

You may send in your payment to school on or before the payment dates listed below.  Cash, bank draft, money order or cheque are acceptable payment methods. All cheques payable to “Fairview Junior High." We can not accept post dated cheques past the posted due date for each payment period.

All payments must be made by all students at the required due dates whether or not the student is fundraising. Money collected during fundraising will be held in a trust. Funds earned through fundraising by your child will be distributed to them in April after all fundraising efforts have ended.

October 23, 2019 -$300 Deposit nonrefundable after November 15, 2019
November 27, 2019 - $325
January 22, 2020 - $325
February 26, 2020 -$325
April 7, 2020- $315 (could have refund or lower payment here depending on the amount of fundraising student took completed)
