Stand Up Against Bullying Day – Pink Shirt Day began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after some of their classmates were harassed and threatened for wearing pink. These students bought dozens of pink shirts and distributed them to their classmates to wear the next day.

Boys Soccer - There will be a short meeting for all players today in the Gym at the start of lunch. Your next practice will be Friday after school.

Student Council - There will be a brief meeting for grade 7s, 8s and 9s interested in applying to join student council on Tuesday September 19th at the beginning of lunch in Miss Fitzpatrick's room 203.
