Babysitting Course - There will be a brief meeting at the beginning of lunch on Monday, November 6, for any grade 6 students who are interested in taking the Babysitting Course with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Sara. Please meet in the library at 11:20 to sign up.

Chess Club - Attention all chess players, here is the schedule for our meetings:
- School chess will be on Wednesdays after school during week 2
- Online tournament play will be on Tuesdays at 7pm during week 1
This schedule will be posted on Mr. Drake's door.

Basketball -- Boys and girls, anyone interested in basketball this year, there will be a brief meeting on the stage at lunch time on Tuesday.  Interested players will need to come and sign up. Tryout information will be given to you during next week. Please ensure you attend the initial meeting.

Remembrance Day Ceremony - Volunteers including Cadets, Scouts, and Guides will be meeting in Mrs. Melanson's room, 112, for a quick meeting on Tuesday, November 7th at lunch! Please bring something to eat and show up at the start of lunch please!

Picture Orders - If you want to order your pictures, you can submit your orders online, which is preferable, or bring them in sealed envelope to the office. Deadline is next Monday, November 6.

Best Buddies-- There will be a meeting today at lunch time in the Learning Centre.

Remembrance Day Poster Contest - Fairview Remembers! We will be having a Remembrance Day Poster Contest this year. Please create an original remembrance day related poster and submit your artworks to Mrs. Melanson in room 112 by Wednesday, November 8th. There will be 3 prizes given for each grade level.
