Girls Basketball - The Fairview Lions fought hard to defend their turf, but the Oxford Knights dethroned them with a 53-41 victory, sending the lions running for the hills. Lola led the team with 22 points and Payton added 6. The girls are back in action tomorrow.  

Boys Basketball - Everyone tune into national geographic today as the Lions and Bears are rumbling here at Fairview as Gorsebrook comes to town. Good luck, boys! 

Chess Club – There will be an online chess tournament tonight at 7:00 pm.

Robotics Club - There will be a meeting tomorrow is in Ms. Kehler's room (# 207) during lunch. All are welcome!

Badminton - Attention badminton players, the list for players moving on to the next tryouts are up on the Phys Ed bulletin board. Also, if someone was absent, they can try out as well.
All the tryouts will be during lunch hour. The schedule is:
Today - Gr 6, 7, and 8 Girls
Tomorrow - Gr 6,7 and 8 Boys
Thursday - Gr. 9 Girls & Boys

Bake Sale – There will be a bake sale next Monday, January 22nd, in the lobby during the first half of the lunch (11:15 till 11:45). Bring your loonies and toonies!
