Black History Month – This month we will be doing a weekly trivia question about African heritage starting on Monday. Each day there will be a new fact presented to us. On Fridays there will be a Trivia question – place your answer in the box outside the main office by the end of the day on Fridays for a chance to win a prize. Winners will be announced on the following school day.

Boys Basketball - The Lions went into Sacred Heart yesterday and came away empty handed, suffering a 50-39 loss.  Quoting another famous Taylor Swift line, Boys, "you need to calm down". Regroup and give it all to your next game - Tuesday against Oxford.  

Headstrong Film Group – There will be a meeting in Mme. Genge’s room during the second half of lunch (11:45 till 12:15) on Monday, February 5th, to continue work on the film.

Girls Basketball -- Practice is on Monday, February 5th, from 3:30 till 4:00 pm.

Groundhog Day - Our celebrity groundhog, Shubenacadie Samantha, slowly waddled out of her tiny barn this morning and, could not see her shadow. That’s good news for us: springlike weather will soon arrive.
