Practises are as follows:
Mondays and Wednesday:
Hurdles and high jump at lunch in the gym.
All running events after school from 230 – 3:30 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Long jump, and triple jump at lunch.
All throwing events, javelin, discus and shotput after school 2:30 – 3:30 PM
