Empowerment Workshop – Students signed up with Ms. Penny for African NS Empowerment Academy, grade 8s and 9s are asked to come to room # 201 right after second period (at 10:10), grade 6s and 7s – at lunch time right after the bell to the room # 201.
Black Excellence Day – Tomorrow we’re celebrating Black Excellence Day. It is an opportunity to reflect on the learning and exploration of Black people and culture over the past year. It recognizes, celebrates, and supports learning from the achievements, contributions, and leadership of Black individuals and communities. Tomorrow, we welcome everyone to wear a “black” shirt to show your support for Black Excellence Day!
