Red Dress Day - Today, May 5th, is Red Dress Day. This is a day where we honor and remember the many Murdered Missing Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirited people. By spreading awareness continually through our communities we hope to bring some of these women home or provide some closure to the families who have lost loved ones. Please take some time today during our activities to think about our stolen sisters and a big thank you to all those who wore red in support of today.
Students who have volunteer roles (including grade 9 tech team) or who have turned in their permission forms for fastening in remembrance are asked to report to the library at 8:20.
